Obituary
Richard Frasier, 73, of Cameron died Dec. 4 at the Veterans Administration Hospital at Fort Snelling in Minneapolis. Funeral services were Saturday at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals, with Rev. Albert E. Houts officiating. Interment was in Nora Cemetery, where military rites were accorded by the American Legion.
Mr. Frasier was born to Roy and Jessie Frasier Jan. 30, 1923 in Rice Lake. After attending Rice Lake schools, he entered the Army, serving in World War II. He then moved to Milwaukee, where he had worked for several manufacturers before returning to Rice Lake. Mr. Frasier then worked at the Rice Lake Creamery until retirement. He married Beverly Brown on April 28, 1989 in Pine City, Minn. He had been a member of the Mikana VFW.
Mr. Frasier is survived by his wife, Beverly; four sons, Harold, Dennis, Donald and Bruce; three daughters, Debra, Linda and Patty; a grandchild; a brother, Russell Frasier of Barron; and three sisters, Nadine Kreuser of Shakopee, Minn., and Rhea Chartier and Dorothy Vanden Bos, both of San Leandra, Calif.
